My phobia is the prospect of there NOT being a toilet wherever I happen to go. So, for instance, shopping precincts/town centres/restaurants/rail stations/airports/petrol stations are OK, but the great outdoors is not! Being told to "go behind a bush" just does not cut it for me! Often there aren't any bushes anyway. And I don't care what state the toilet is in - just so long as there is something there that I can close a door on. So I end up dreading walks in the country or long journeys (and public transport...forget it!).
"Fear of not having access to toilet" Prevalent in my entire family because we all have rather active bowels! some problems with phobia - Coaches (without a toilet) - no way In the car in a traffic jam - nightmare In somewhere where the toilet is not working - a bit of a problem Trip in small boat etc
I have an intense fear of not being able to find a bathroom in time and I will have an "accident" . I have to know exactly where every bathroom is when I leave the house (even if I'm just going down the street). It has limited me so much I can't even leave the house unless I know where a nearby bathroom is.
