I am rather a health freak and cannot stand the thought of being fat and lazy. I don't always watch what I eat but I make sure I work out most days and walk so that I burn calories off. I go out of my way to be helpful and it's an excuse to burn more calories. I did use to be anorexic but I wouldn't call this anorexia now. I do eat rather well - I just want to burn calories and avoid being bone idle!!!!
