I know it sounds really strange, but I am absolutely terrified of celophane. My wife is forbidden to buy plastic wrap, and must use either foil or tupperware for all food storage. I can't eat anything that I know has ever been in celophane. This really disturbs my life. Most people don't realize how many things come wrapped in celophane unless they are afraid of it, or live with someone who is. The worst part is that I'm a smoker, and someone else has to get a pack out of the carton for me, open it, and dispose of the wrapping. Only then can I bring myself to transfer the cigarrettes out of the foil lined cardboard box and into my cigarrette case. In fact, if it weren't for this box and foil configuration, I would probabally have to give up smoking altogether. Oh, yeah, if the celophane is wet or dirty, it is that much worse.
